Zusammenfassung

BYD Europe is seeking a highly organized Used Car Specialist to support day-to-day administration of our used vehicle operations in Stockholm. You will ensure documentation accuracy, compliance, cost control, and vendor coordination to maintain performance.

Together with the Fleet Sales Manager you will develop internal used car processes, track expenses, and prepare reports for management while maintaining confidentiality and high-quality standards.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in used car sales or administration, logistics administration or related admin role.
• Familiarity with vehicle valuation and documentation processes.
• Proficient in Swedish and English with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and office software.

Aufgaben

• Maintain accurate used car records including documentation, insurance, inspections, buy-back contracts and maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate buy-backs, repairs, inspections and preventive maintenance with vendors and stakeholders.
• Monitor expenses and assist with budget tracking and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety regulations and legal requirements.
• Process purchase orders and used car documentation.
• Track vehicle stocking and operational performance.
• Assist with the de-fleeting process.
• Liaise with external partners, workshops and suppliers.
• Prepare regular used car reports and summaries for management.
• Support incident, accident and claims administration processes.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Used Car Specialist to support the day-to-day administration and coordination of our used vehicle operations. The successful candidate will ensure efficient used car documentation, vehicle compliance, cost control, vendor coordination, and administrative support to maintain smooth used car performance. Together with the Fleet Sales Manager you will develop the internal Used Car processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate used cars records, including documentations, insurance, inspections, buy-back contracts, and maintenance schedules

Requirements

• Previous experience in used car sales and administration, logistics administration, transport coordination, or a similar administrative role

• Knowledge and previous experience of vehicle valuation and used car documentation processes

• Fluent in Swedish and English

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and coordination abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

• Experience with used car systems is an advantage

• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively

• Flexible, proactive, and capable of working under pressure in dynamic environments.

• High level of confidentiality, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
