Job summary

UNIQLO is offering a 12-month Management Candidate Graduate Programme designed to fast-track ambitious graduates into leadership roles within a dynamic global retailer. The programme blends store operations, training in finance and people management, and exposure to commercial decision-making across rotations.

Participants will begin on the shop floor, then lead teams and eventually support the Store Manager in shaping store performance and strategy, with potential for promotion and relocation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree required or equivalent.
• Permanent work authorization in Sweden required.
• Minimum B2 level English; Swedish not required.
• Ready to start March 2027.

Responsibilities

• Learn the UNIQLO business on the shop floor and in stores.
• Progress through Months 5-6 with leadership responsibilities on the shop floor.
• In Months 7–12, assist Store Manager in commercial decisions and strategy.
• Develop sales analytics, KPI tracking and workforce planning.
