Ideal candidates hold a MSc/PhD in a technical field and have proven experience in semiconductor fabrication, process development, and documentation in a production environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor fabrication environment.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Experience driving process improvements in a production environment.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Own and sustain manufacturing processes within the designated area.
• Monitor process performance and drive yield, productivity, and quality improvements.
• Develop and qualify new processes and process improvements.
• Lead evaluations of new process tools and technologies.
• Create and maintain process documentation and train personnel.

Education

MSc/PhD in Physics, Materials Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or related technical discipline
