Job summary

Coalesce Management Consulting is seeking a Process Engineer for a leading semiconductor manufacturer in Linköping, Sweden. You will drive development, optimisation, and industrialisation of advanced manufacturing processes in a high-tech production setting.

You will own process performance, lead DOE and SPC initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality, yield, and efficiency while transferring technologies from R&D to production.

Qualifications

• Degree in chemical engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in process engineering, manufacturing engineering or development.
• Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing and thin-film technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience analysing process data and driving improvements.
• Production-focused mindset with good documentation.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of manufacturing processes and support improvements.
• Monitor process performance, yield, and stability.
• Analyse production data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Investigate deviations and perform root-cause analysis.
• Develop SPC methodologies and perform DOE studies.
• Support transfer of new tech from R&D to production.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance and Engineering.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and documentation.
