Responsibilities

• Own and maintain manufacturing processes within the designated area.
• Monitor process performance and drive yield, productivity, and quality improvements.
• Develop and qualify new processes; design experiments and evaluations.
• Create documentation, train staff, and ensure reproducibility.
• Collaborate with Process Integration, R&D, and suppliers.
