Job summary

Mycronic in Täby, Sweden, is seeking an experienced engineer to own and continuously improve lithography processes within PMCD. You will lead development and qualification of new processes, materials, and equipment, and translate research into scalable manufacturing solutions.

You have a strong background in materials science or related field, hands-on experience in semiconductor manufacturing, and a track record of data-driven problem solving, DOE, and APC/ SPC methods.

Qualifications

• Masters or Ph.D. in Materials Science, Nanotechnology, Electronics, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related discipline.
• Industrial experience in semiconductor manufacturing, lithography, photomask manufacturing, or advanced manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of process engineering, process characterization, and statistical data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead demonstrations and development activities from concept to implementation.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with production, quality, metrology, R&D, suppliers and customers.
• Drive technical decisions, manage priorities and risks, ensure delivery.
