Job summary

QESTIT in Sweden seeks an experienced testing and quality assurance professional to work at an expert level on customer projects, helping teams improve product quality and reliability.

You will perform exploratory testing, technical testing, test automation and DevOps tasks related to IT and embedded systems, write and execute test cases, and contribute to agile QA discussions and future-proofing efforts.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of testing experience.
• Experience with databases and REST API.
• Fluent in Swedish and English (speaking and writing).
• ISTQB certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Work with testing and quality assurance in assignments for our customers.

Work with everything from exploratory testing, technical testing, test automation and DevOps towards IT and Embedded systems.

Exploring new methods to find defects.

Write and execute manual and automated test cases.

Contribute in discussions about quality assurance and agile methods.

Participate in driving quality assurance forward and future-proofing the work at both strategic and operational levels.

Participate in shaping our internal culture and development.

Qualifications

Experience and skill requirements:

You have at least 5 years of experience in testing.

You have experience in databases and Rest API.

You speak and write Swedish and English fluently.

Meritorious experience and knowledge

• Experience with Azure Devops, Jenkins, GIT, JIRA or similar.

• Knowledge of agile methodologies.
• ISTQB certification.
