inventYOU AB in Stockholm is looking for an experienced Senior Test Lead to own test planning, coordination, and execution within a large-scale IT environment, ensuring high-quality delivery of business-critical systems.

You will lead QA activities, develop test strategies, manage risks, and collaborate with Agile teams, Product Owners, stakeholders, and external partners to continuously improve testing processes and quality practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Test Lead in large-scale IT projects or programs.
• Ability to develop and implement test strategies, plans, and processes.
• Experience leading QA teams and cross-functional testing activities.
• Hands-on with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience in test execution, defect tracking, and quality reporting.
• Ability to identify testing risks and implement mitigations.
• Experience in Agile and DevOps environments.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern delivery practices.
• Knowledge of test automation frameworks and processes.
• Experience coordinating test environments, data, and resources.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Test Lead to join inventYOU AB for an exciting opportunity in Stockholm.

You will take ownership of test planning, coordination, and execution within a large-scale IT environment, ensuring high-quality delivery of business-critical systems and applications.

The role requires a proactive and structured professional who can develop effective test strategies, lead testing activities, manage risks, and collaborate closely with Agile teams, Product Owners, business stakeholders, and external partners.

You will oversee testing progress, ensure the availability of test environments and data, coordinate defect management, and drive continuous improvements in testing processes and quality assurance practices.

• Proven professional experience as a Test Lead in large-scale IT projects or programs
• Strong experience developing and implementing test strategies, test plans, and testing processes
• Experience leading and coordinating QA teams and cross-functional testing activities
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Experience managing test execution, defect tracking, and quality reporting
• Ability to identify testing risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments
• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices
• Knowledge of test automation frameworks and automated testing processes
