Hitachi Energy is seeking a Tendering Specialist to join our Grid Automation team. You will combine technical and commercial expertise to lead complex tendering and proposals with Sales, Finance, Legal, Engineering, and Delivery teams.

We are looking for a Tendering Specialist to join an international team within the Grid Automation business unit.

We are looking for a Tendering Specialist to join an international team within the Grid Automation business unit.

In this role, you will bring together technical and commercial expertise while leading complex tendering and proposal work in partnership with Sales, Finance, Legal, Engineering, and Delivery teams to shape strong commercial and technical proposals. You will serve as the main coordination point throughout the bid process, managing stakeholder input, evaluating commercial and contractual risks, developing pricing and cost models, and ensuring alignment with business objectives and governance requirements. Your Responsibilities

• You take ownership of proposal development, manage technical and commercial discussions to gather necessary input from various technical experts and commercial stakeholders
• You will be working closely with sales, controlling, legal, financial, tax teams to develop best setup and winning strategy
• As a tendering specialist you will present the proposal to the top management
• Ensure high compliance and quality of the offer
• Ensure timely submission of the offerYou will be supporting negotiation process with the customers
• Ensure internal process are followed and rules obeyed

Your background

• You hold a bachelor's degree
• Minimum 5 years of Proposal Management or Sales Support
• Being organized and structured, quick learner and result oriented
• A capable decision-maker with an understanding of business
• Proficiency in English and Swedish or English and German, both written and spoken, is required
