We are looking for a Tender Specialist to support tender, contract, and quotation activities across the Nordic and Benelux regions during an exciting business transition at Waters. In this role, you will help ensure continuity while processes, systems, and ways of working evolve, acting as a trusted point of expertise for tender management and commercial operations.
You will work closely with commercial teams, tender teams, and subject matter experts across multiple countries to coordinate tender activities, maintain compliance, and support successful submissions. Alongside day-to-day tender management responsibilities, you will contribute to integration initiatives, process improvements, and an AI-enabled tender management project.

This is a two-year fixed-term contract running through September 2028. The position is based in our Stockholm office, conveniently located near the Karolinska Institute, and follows a hybrid working model that combines in‑office collaboration with remote working flexibility.
For this position, the expected base salary ranges from 35,000 to 45,000 SEK per annum. This reflects a more accurate range than the broader salary band indicated at the end of the job advertisement. The role also includes additional benefits, including an annual bonus.
