Consilium Safety in Gothenburg is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our CSSP site. This temporary assignment requires a hands-on leader who can take ownership, drive stability and push performance through a phase of transformation. You will manage day-to-day operations, coach teams, ensure capacity, safety and quality, and champion Lean, KPI tracking and cross‑functional collaboration. Swedish and English fluency are required to operate in our international environment.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of production experience, preferably from electronics/high-tech manufacturing.
• Proven experience in people leadership and personnel planning.
• Experience with Lean, KPIs and process follow-up.
• Experience from production environments with high technical complexity.
• Strong track record of change management and transformation.
• Ability to create engagement, accountability and a high-performing team culture.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Independent and able to take ownership.
• Experience with unions and/or labor relations is an advantage.
• Fluency in Swedish and English.
