Job summary

AUMOVIO is seeking a Solution Manager Telematics to drive solutions, define the solution vision, and coordinate teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. You will translate customer needs into actionable technical solutions and oversee backlog management and release planning.

The role is resident and on-site at a partner company, requiring strong collaboration with development teams, flexible working methods, and a deep understanding of vehicle systems and APIs.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Preferably 6–8 years of experience in developing complex systems.
• Good understanding of software architecture.
• Experience with real-time systems and embedded Linux environments.
• Ability to define correct and efficient APIs and build solid foundations for complex embedded systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer communication, convey the vision of the solution, provide ongoing updates, and ensure close coordination between the customer and the development teams.
• Have the overall responsibility for the Solution Backlog, where you will continuously prioritize, refine, and ensure that the backlog is up to date and aligned with the solution's goals.
• Be responsible for release planning and overall delivery planning to ensure efficient deliveries in accordance with the agreed strategy and timeline.
• Work in close collaboration with development teams and other stakeholders, where you will coordinate the work, manage dependencies between teams and create the necessary conditions for efficient, high-quality deliveries.
• Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating product quality, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring the continuous development of the solution.
