Job summary

AUMOVIO is seeking a Solution Manager Telematics to drive solutions, define the vision, and coordinate teams across customers and development groups on-site at partner companies in Sweden.

You will translate customer needs into actionable technical solutions, manage the Solution Backlog, and ensure timely, high-quality deliveries aligned with strategy. Strong communication and embedded systems expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field.
• 6–8 years of experience in developing complex systems.
• Good understanding of software architecture.
• Experience with real-time systems and embedded Linux environments.
• Ability to define APIs and build foundations for embedded systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive solutions, define the solution vision, coordinate teams, and ensure high quality outcomes.
• Translate customer needs into clear, actionable technical solutions with customer value.
• Manage customer communication, convey the solution vision, and coordinate with development teams.
• Own the Solution Backlog and keep it aligned with goals and strategy.
• Oversee planning and delivery schedules to ensure timely releases.
• Coordinate work across teams, manage dependencies, and enable high-quality deliveries.
• Monitor and evaluate product quality and drive continuous improvement.
