AUMOVIO seeks a Project Manager to lead customer-focused projects on-site with one of our partner companies. You will own budgets, drive profitability, coordinate resources, and ensure delivery against requirements.

You bring a business mindset, proven relationship-building skills, and 5+ years in automotive or consumer electronics. Strong Swedish and English communication, international project experience, and the ability to lead and deploy cross-functional teams are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Engineering, Technology, Natural Sciences, Industrial Engineering and Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in automotive or consumer electronics industries or related technology-intensive sectors.
• Experience with project management in an international environment.
• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
• Business-oriented with extensive customer-facing/relationship-building experience.

Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and managing ongoing projects in a way that meets customer needs and requirements while ensuring profitability;
• Having full ownership of the project budget, sales targets, and resource allocation;
• Conducting opportunity and risk analyses, as well as monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary;
• Representing the project and its interests to both customers and suppliers, as well as negotiating changes and requirements with these stakeholders. Additionally, you will work with customer acquisition projects and activities linked to making new deals;
• Enhancing a close collaboration with the project team, where you are responsible for communicating, coordinating and delegating tasks among team members.

This is a resident role, meaning that you will be employed by AUMOVIO while working on-site at one of AUMOVIO’s partner companies.

Since this role serves as the link between AUMOVIO and our customers, it is essential that you have a deep understanding of different working cultures and know how to communicate effectively within these environments.

Requirements:

• University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Engineering, Technology, Natural Sciences, Industrial Engineering and Management, or a related field;
• More than 5 years of experience within the automotive industry, consumer electronics industry, or related technology-intensive sectors, across various roles and functions;
• Experience working with project management or similar responsibilities within an international environment;
• Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, both written and spoken;
• A business-oriented individual with extensive experience in customer-facing and relationship-building roles.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience as a Project Manager in at least one successfully completed project;
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to achieve results through initiative, teamwork, determination, and strong problem-solving skills;
• Experience working with an agile methodology.
