Tandem Health is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner in Stockholm to help us scale engineering, product and design teams across Europe. You will own end-to-end hiring, partner with CTO and leaders, craft innovative sourcing strategies and deliver a high-touch candidate experience.

This role requires curiosity, fast learning, and ability to navigate a high-volume, high-standard environment while shaping Tandem’s culture and brand.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Talent Partner or Technical Recruiter in a high-growth, international setting.
• Track record hiring engineers, product managers and designers, including senior profiles.
• High standards, ownership mindset, and ability to handle responsibility quickly.
• Creative sourcing to identify hard-to-find candidates and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Tech, Product and Design leaders to understand needs and define great talent.
• Own end-to-end hiring across tech, product and design roles from outreach to offer.
• Run searches independently, make judgement calls, and own outcomes.
• Craft sourcing strategies to reach top engineers, product people and designers.
• Create a thoughtful candidate experience including interviews, case work and on-site visits.
• Help scale recruitment processes while maintaining high hiring standards.
• Use data to improve funnel health and share market insights with managers.
• Strengthen employer brand and tell authentic Tandem stories.
• Be a culture carrier with energy, curiosity and passion.
