Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking candidates for its Technical Sales Program in Sweden. You will start in the Tap Changers engineering team to gain product knowledge, then transition into Marketing and Sales roles such as territory sales manager or technical marketing specialist, with opportunities for international assignments.

During the program you will learn through hands-on tasks in product care, technical sales support, type testing and related commercial activities, and you may travel to

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
• Interest in customer interaction and commercial development.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical sales and marketing knowledge within Tap Changers and bushings.
• Provide technical sales support and participate in type testing and engineering activities.
• Assist in preparing technical/commercial offers translating customer needs into solutions.
• Collaborate with markets to generate new business and milestones for customer relationships.
• Engage with internal functions to ensure successful project delivery and cooperation with external partners.
• Possibly participate in short-term assignments abroad to broaden experience.
