Job summary

Sigma Industry Evolution in Helsingborg, Sweden, seeks an experienced Technical Lead to oversee Product & Production Engineering. You will lead a cross-functional team with electronics, mechanics, firmware, testing and production technology expertise, driving industrialization and product changes throughout the lifecycle.

You will ensure production readiness, manage ECN, and coordinate issues across R&D, production, quality, and purchasing, while maintaining traceability and data in SAP and PLM

Qualifications

• Broad technical understanding of product and production technology in manufacturing.
• Experience leading technical work, projects or cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience from electronics production or other technically advanced manufacturing.
• Familiarity with PDM/PLM systems and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate and prioritize the work within Product & Production Engineering.
• Serve as the functional leader of engineers in the field without formal staff responsibility.
• Ensure progress, priorities and technical quality in the team's work.
• Drive Engineering Changes (ECN) and Industrialization/NPI.
• Coordinate technical issues across R&D, production, quality, purchasing, and other functions.
