Job summary

Sigma Industry Evolution AB is seeking a skilled Test Lead to join our Product Verification team. You will lead system testing for automatic solutions, ensuring quality and reliability while coordinating with development and product teams.

The role requires collaboration, initiative, and strong communication in English and Swedish; experience with Agile processes and familiarity with product certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• Broad testing experience and leadership experience.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
• Experience with Agile development processes.
• Familiarity with product certification and compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate test activities per project goals and timelines.
• Ensure testing aligns with the test strategy and quality standards.
• Lead and support the testing team, including resource planning.
• Collaborate closely with development and product teams.
• Design, execute, and maintain test cases based on requirements.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues.
• Participate in test forums and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor test progress and provide status reports.
