Job summary

CTEK Sweden AB in Sweden seeks an experienced Development Manager – System and Product Development to lead and grow our System Engineers and Technical Product Owners. You will combine people leadership with deep technical understanding to create clarity around requirements, scope and priorities, while aligning cross-functional teams around complex topics.

You will oversee development initiatives, manage technical risks, and drive improvements in systems engineering and product ownership.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
Extensive experience from product development organizations with leadership.
Leadership experience within systems engineering, architecture or product development.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop our System Engineers and Technical Product Owners, combining people leadership with technical understanding.
Create clarity around requirements, product scope and priorities across functions.
Identify and manage technical risks, dependencies and uncertainties.
Drive improvements in systems engineering, requirements management and technical product ownership.
Plan and allocate resources across product lines and projects.
Take responsibility for key aspects of people management, including budget, competence development and team structure.
Represent your team as part of the wider organization and understand how your area contributes to the business.
