You will join our Global Product Development Team and lead the

will play an important role in developing state-of-the-art Thule products that
help families and friends enjoy an active life.

What you'll do at Thule

As Team Manager Soft Goods - Active with Kids, you will lead and develop a team of Soft Goods Developers, Pattern Makers, and Sewing Technicians, ensuring the right expertise and resources to successfully deliver our product portfolio. The team develops products such as strollers, car seats, child carriers, and other products that enable an active family life.

While primarily focused on leadership, you will also be hands‑on when needed, contributing to product design and development within project teams.
