Job description

Want to help bring global brand projects to life, from planning to final delivery? At Thule, we create products and experiences that inspire people to live an active life and bring what they love, wherever their adventures take them.

We are looking for a Project Manager - Brand to join our Global Brand team and ensure that all the pieces of our global campaigns come together at the right time, in the right format, and to the right standard.

This is a project management and coordination role, where your ability to create structure, manage dependencies, and drive delivery will be key to successful campaigns.

What you'll do at Thule

As a Project Manager - Brand, you will lead and coordinate projects within our global brand organization, with a particular focus on global campaigns across channels. Your role will be to ensure that the different Brand functions have clear responsibilities, timelines, and deliverables, and that their contributions come together as planned.

Working closely with stakeholders across our Brand teams, you will coordinate a wide range of campaign deliverables, including imagery, films, renderings, copy, graphic assets, ambassador plans, event plans, and community initiatives. You will establish clear project structures and ways of working, helping teams understand what is needed, when it is needed, and how their deliverables connect to the overall campaign.

A key part of the role is maintaining an overview of project progress, identifying risks and dependencies, and proactively addressing potential delays or deviations. You will coordinate resources, project members, and external partners when needed, while ensuring that responsibilities and priorities remain clear throughout the project.

You will also prepare and present project status updates and key checkpoints to the core campaign team. Regular reporting and follow-up will ensure that relevant stakeholders have the information needed to make informed decisions and keep delivery moving forward.

The role spans both short- and long-term planning, translating campaign objectives into clear project plans and coordinated execution. Once the Brand deliverables are ready, you will ensure they are handed over in the required format and according to the agreed timeline for the overall go-to-market coordination.

What you bring

To be successful in this role, we believe you have a bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, combined with extensive experience in project management within marketing and brand.

Experience working with marketing, brand, or campaign projects across multiple channels is important, as is an understanding of how different functions contribute to a successful go-to-market. You are comfortable coordinating a broad range of deliverables and dependencies without necessarily being responsible for producing the deliverables yourself.

The ability to move comfortably between the strategic and the operational is key. This means understanding the objectives and priorities of a campaign while also being able to dive into the details that keep projects moving. When plans change or challenges arise, a solution-oriented and pragmatic approach helps find a way forward.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are essential, together with the ability to work effectively across functions, locations, and levels of seniority. You build trust, create clarity, and keep people focused on their commitments while maintaining a good overview of the bigger picture.
