Job summary

Capgemini Invent Nordics seeks a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to drive annual graduate recruitment across Sweden & Denmark. You will own the full lifecycle from job ads to contracts, collaborating with senior leaders and universities.

You will advise hiring managers, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to employer branding with the team. Fluency in Swedish and English is required, with a proactive, service-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience after graduation in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience from management consultancy or large organization in recruitment.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual graduate recruitment across Sweden & Denmark from job description to contracts.
• Own full recruitment lifecycle end-to-end including advertising, screening, interviewing, offers and contracts.
• Act as trusted advisor to hiring managers and stakeholders while driving recruitment initiatives.
• Lead employer branding initiatives with the branding team and university leads.
• Develop and refine consulting case exercises and assessment methods for selection.

Your primary responsibility is to deliver on our yearly graduate recruitment targets, ensuring we attract and hire top talent to meet our growth ambitions for Sweden and Denmark. This is a true project management role where you will drive multiple recruitments initiatives simultaneously, collaborating with business leaders, hiring managers and candidates across the organization. Through your work, you will play a key role in strengthening our talent pipeline and maintaining our position as a leading consulting firm in the market.Your RoleLead and deliver our annual graduate recruitment across Sweden & Denmark for all industries and capabilities, from job description to signed contracts (primarily during H2)Support our senior recruitment agenda in Sweden and Denmark (primarily during H1)Own the full recruitment lifecycle end-to-end, including job advertising, screening, interviewing, candidate communication, offer management, and contract administration, reporting and follow-up activities.Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders, working closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition and stakeholders across the organization while independently driving recruitment initiatives.You enjoy working cross-functionally and building strong relationships, balancing multiple workstreams while ensuring alignment between business needs, candidate experience, and recruitment objectives.Ensure a professional, engaging, and positive experience for candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process while continuously improving recruitment processes, assessment methods and ways of working.Lead and support Employer Branding initiatives in collaboration with the Employer Branding team and university leads.Develop and continuously enhance consulting cases and assessment methods together with our case team to ensure an engaging, relevant and best-in class selection process.Your ProfileMinimum 3+ years of relevant experience after graduation from a fast-paced environment. Ideally from a management consultancy working in a similar in-house role, alternatively from a recruitment consultancy or a larger organization.Passion for recruitment, talent attraction, candidate experience, and building strong relationships with a service-oriented mindset.A natural project manager who thrives in a dynamic environment, effectively balancing multiple priorities, stakeholders and deadlines while driving initiatives, to successful completion.Comfortable operating at both a strategic and operational level with a flexible mindset and ability to handle rapidly changing prioritization. You quickly adapt to new systems and processes and approach new challenges with curiosity, resilience, and determination.You are hands-on and enjoy being involved throughout the entire recruitment process, from designing management consulting case exercises and conducting assessments to scheduling interviews and matching the right talent with the right team.You have an independent and structured way of working with attention to detail.An academic foundation of relevance.Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with an interest in leveraging AI tools to drive efficiency and enhance ways of working.Experience from Employer Branding activities and experience from head hunting/desk research is meriting.This is a temporary position with start ideally in January 2027 until March 2028, located at our main office in Kungsholmen, StockholmWhat you'll love about working with us?
