Tata Technologies in Gothenburg, Sweden, is seeking a TA Recruiter for a 6-month assignment to strengthen our talent acquisition across Sweden. You will engage hiring managers, source engineers, collaborate with the TA Partner, manage offers and relocations, and build talent pools to meet evolving business plans.

At Tata Technologies we make product development dreams a reality by designing, engineering and validating the products of tomorrow for the world's leading manufacturers. Due to our continued growth, we are now recruiting for a TA Recruiter to strengthen our team in Gothenburg, Sweden.

We are offering a 6-month assignment for either fixed-term employees or contractors, with a strong potential for extension.

Scope of Role:

The Recruiter position is key in engaging and supporting the business in Talent acquisition across Sweden which covers the attraction, identification, assessment and onboarding of employees, working closely with the TA Partner and Hiring Managers to resource and create talent pools that will serve present and future business needs

Area of Responsibility:

• Managing life cycle recruitment developing and delivering source-selection processes, interviewing and assessment and offer processes which are legally compliant.
• Drive operational excellence and compliance and set high recruitment standards
• Support the training of hiring managers in the recruitment process and ensure that the hiring managers are legally compliant.
• Manage relations across your defined LOB establish ongoing relationships with hiring managers, build credibility and earn trust, understand their business and resourcing needs and fill their open positions in a timely manner.
• Support the Talent Acquisition Partner in embedding Resource Planning across the business to ensure TTL forecasts the people resources needed to meet current and future business plans.
• Resourcing candidates which is cost effective and looking at innovative ways to attract scarce skills, Utilize digital attraction solutions such as social media search engine marketing, job boards as well as CV databases, networking.
• Manage complex offer negotiations and relocations
• Advising managers on drafting job profiles and ensure all relevant criteria required including competencies are identified. In addition advising on all compensation matters, in conjunction with the Reward specialist.
• Attend recruiting events such as Career Fairs, as well as liaising with government agencies to build relationships and local universities and colleges.
• Ensure smooth background checking process and other compliance factors, in line with policy.

Knowledge / Experience:

• Direct sourcing experience, ideally gained in a Recruitment Agency or in a Service Provider environment delivering resources for projects and programmes
• Experience in working within a recruitment environment as a successful recruiter, ideally in the automotive/aerospace environment with a successful track record hiring engineers.
• Effective written and verbal communications in order to express thoughts in a structured and succinct manner with an ability to adapt communication message and style to audience.
• Ideally experience working on both Permanent and Contract requirements.
• Excellent candidate management skills
• Swedish language is a must
