Job summary

Cision is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist fluent in Swedish and English to manage monthly billing for Sweden and the Nordic region. You will ensure timely invoicing, maintain billing data, and support collections while collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams.

The role requires 3+ years in billing/AR, experience with CRM/ERP systems, and strong attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and knowledge of VAT are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in billing, accounts receivable, or O2C.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent experience.
• Experience with CRM/ERP platforms and VAT/compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly billing activities for Sweden and Nordic region.
• Validate billing data for invoice accuracy and contract compliance.
• Respond to customer billing inquiries and disputed invoices.
• Support collections and overdue balance reviews.
• Maintain billing master data in ERP/CRM systems.
• Prepare recurring revenue and billing reports for management.
