Job summary

H&M Group in Stockholm is seeking a proactive Facility Manager to enable and secure operations of our Swedish retail portfolio. You will own the full FM scope, steer suppliers and service delivery, maintain asset and maintenance data, and translate business needs into effective facility plans and investments.

This role combines operational excellence with lifecycle planning, data-driven follow‑up, and continuous improvement across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Facility Management, Construction, Real Estate, or related field.
• Proven experience in supplier, contract and FM category management, budgeting and operational planning.
• Fluent in Swedish and English; CAFM systems and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own FM scope end‑to‑end, define strategy, standards, vendor performance and cost optimization.
• Co‑lead sourcing, procurement, and ensure contractual compliance with providers and landlords.
• Create and maintain facility plans balancing preventive and reactive work.
• Ensure asset, maintenance, and project data quality across FM systems for budgets and forecasts.
• Drive energy efficiency initiatives to cut costs and improve performance.
