Job summary

Stegra is seeking a Planner & Scheduler to join the Planning & Scheduling team within the Project Delivery function in Boden, Sweden. You will support planning and scheduling for an assigned project area, working with Construction, Engineering, Commissioning, EPCM partners, and contractors to maintain integrated schedules.

The role emphasizes tracking progress, identifying risks, providing reliable planning information, and contributing to decision-making; employment is temporary, 12-24 months,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in project planning and scheduling or similar roles.
• Relevant degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Project Controls, or related field.
• Good understanding of project planning and scheduling methodologies.
• Experience developing, updating, and analyzing project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain project schedules in line with project planning standards.
• Support IMS integration for the assigned area.
• Review EPCM and contractor schedules for inconsistencies and risks.
• Integrate schedule information from contractors and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and support schedule updates and forecasting.
• Analyze schedules to identify delays, trends, risks, constraints, and opportunities.
• Support mitigation and recovery planning for schedule challenges.
• Participate in site reviews, planning workshops, and reporting.
