Job summary

Stegra, located in Boden, Sweden, seeks a Planner & Scheduler to support the Project Delivery function. You will improve schedules, integrate inputs from EPCM partners and contractors, and help forecast progress for assigned projects. This is a temporary position with 12–24 months duration.

You will collaborate across Construction, Engineering, Commissioning, and Controls teams, driving realistic schedules, identifying risks, and supporting decision-making to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in project planning and scheduling.
• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• Good understanding of project planning and scheduling methodologies.
• Experience developing, updating, and analyzing project schedules.
• Understanding of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and schedule forecasting.
• Ability to review contractor and EPCM schedules for risks and inconsistencies.
• Experience using planning and scheduling tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain project schedules per planning standards.
• Maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for the assigned area.
• Review EPCM and contractor schedules for inconsistencies and risks.
• Integrate schedule information from contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and support schedule updates and forecasting.
• Analyze schedules to identify delays, risks, and opportunities.
• Support mitigation and recovery planning for schedule challenges.
• Participate in site reviews, planning workshops, and regular reporting.
