Stegra is seeking a Planner & Scheduler to support planning and scheduling within the Project Delivery function. You will work with Construction, Engineering, Commissioning, and EPCM partners to maintain integrated schedules and provide reliable planning information for project execution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project planning and scheduling within industrial, construction, infrastructure, or EPCM projects
• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Good understanding of project planning and scheduling methodologies
• Experience developing, updating, and analyzing project schedules
• Understanding of IMS, schedule integration, progress measurement, and forecasting
• Ability to review contractor/EPCM schedules for constraints and risks
• Experience using planning and scheduling tools
• Fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain project schedules per planning standards
• Support IMS maintenance and integration for the assigned area
• Review EPCM and contractor schedules for inconsistencies and risks
• Integrate schedule information from contractors, EPCM partners, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor progress and support schedule updates and forecasting
• Analyze schedules to identify delays, trends, and opportunities
• Support mitigation and recovery planning for schedule challenges
• Participate in site reviews, coordination meetings, planning workshops, and reporting
