Job summary

Stegra is seeking a Planner & Scheduler to support planning and scheduling within the Project Delivery function. You will work with Construction, Engineering, Commissioning, and EPCM partners to maintain integrated schedules and provide reliable planning information for project execution.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in project planning and scheduling within industrial, construction, infrastructure, or EPCM projects
  • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Good understanding of project planning and scheduling methodologies
  • Experience developing, updating, and analyzing project schedules
  • Understanding of IMS, schedule integration, progress measurement, and forecasting
  • Ability to review contractor/EPCM schedules for constraints and risks
  • Experience using planning and scheduling tools
  • Fluency in English

What you’ll do

Right now, we are looking for a Planner & Scheduler for our Planning & Scheduling team. In this role you will sit within our Project Delivery function and support planning and scheduling activities for an assigned project area.

As Planner & Scheduler, you will work closely with Construction, Engineering, Commissioning, Project Controls, EPCM partners, and contractors to maintain realistic and integrated schedules. You will help track progress, identify constraints and schedule risks, and provide reliable planning information to support project execution and decision-making.

Specific to this role, the day-to-day tasks will include the following but as we are a growing company with very little silos between teams, other tasks might be included as well.

  • Develop, update, and maintain project schedules in line with project planning standards
  • Support the maintenance and integration of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for your assigned area
  • Review EPCM and contractor schedules and identify inconsistencies, missing logic, constraints, and potential impacts
  • Integrate schedule information from contractors, EPCM partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor actual progress against planned activities and support schedule updates and forecasting
  • Analyze schedules to identify delays, trends, risks, constraints, and opportunities
  • Support mitigation and recovery planning when schedule challenges arise
  • Participate in site reviews, coordination meetings, planning workshops, and weekly and monthly reporting

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in project planning and scheduling or similar roles, preferably within industrial, construction, infrastructure, or EPCM projects
  • Relevant degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Project Controls, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Good understanding of project planning and scheduling methodologies
  • Experience developing, updating, and analyzing project schedules
  • Understanding of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), schedule integration, progress measurement, and forecasting
  • Ability to review contractor and EPCM schedules and identify constraints, risks, and inconsistencies
  • Experience using relevant planning and scheduling tools
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with fluency in English
