Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company LLC in Västerås, Sweden seeks a Management System Specialist to strengthen our regulatory, quality and EHS framework. You will develop and maintain the management system, lead audits, and drive continuous improvement across functions.

Reporting to the Director Regulatory & Independent EHS, this hybrid role blends hands-on system work with training and cultural leadership. Fluent Swedish and English are required, and CANEA One experience is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant area.
• Experience in management system development or internal audits.
• Experience in change management.
• ISO management system standards knowledge.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
• Experience with CANEA One is meritorious.

About the role:

Welcome to the regulatory and independent EHS department and the management system team! We are 10 Employees in areas such as management system development, internal audits and requirement management working together to develop an integrated, user-friendly management system.

In the role of Management System Specialist in our team, you will help build quality, compliance, and continuous improvement. We are looking forward to meeting you!

As a Management System Specialist here with us, your main responsibility is to support the company. This support involves keeping the management system updated and improving the management system set-up. The goal of these efforts is to create a system that is both user-friendly and efficient.

You will report to the Director Regulatory & Independent EHS and be located at Västerås, Sweden.

Model of work: hybrid.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop the management system
• Support us in maintaining management system
• Train other teams in management system principles and requirement management
• Participate in internal QEHS audits
• Follow-up on non-conformances, suggestions for improvements and observations regarding the management system
• In addition to your daily tasks, you will also contribute to our safety and quality culture by leading by example

Qualifications:

• If you also have experience working with CANEA One that is very meritorious!
