Job summary

Vitamin Well Group in Stockholm is seeking an experienced Sustainability Data & Reporting Manager to lead data collection, quality assurance and reporting across the group. You will transform complex data into reliable insights and collaborate across markets to develop scalable processes that support internal decisions and external ratings.

Qualifications

• At least five years of relevant experience in data analysis, controlling, reporting or a similar analytical role.
• A relevant academic degree in business administration, finance, sustainability or a related field.
• Experience with data collection, quality assurance and reporting processes, including developing or improving reporting structures and internal controls.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and communicate relevant insights.
• Experience working cross-functionally and coordinating information from multiple stakeholders.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop sustainability data collection processes across Vitamin Well Group to ensure consistent reporting.
• Evaluate, validate and manage large datasets while strengthening documentation and reporting processes.
• Continuously identify data-related risks and develop internal controls for reliable reporting.
• Support internal and external sustainability reporting with accurate, well-documented data.
• Manage and develop our sustainability reporting tools to support efficient and traceable reporting.
• Lead data submissions and reporting for external ratings and certifications and internal performance tracking.
• Analyse sustainability performance, identify trends and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Provide data-driven input to support sustainability targets and strategic business decisions.
