Job summary

ASSA ABLOY is seeking an Environmental Data Specialist based in Stockholm to help advance our Scope 3 reporting, improve data quality, governance and reporting coverage across global units. You will lead updates to our reporting tools, drive the transition from annual to more frequent cycles, and collaborate with divisions worldwide.

This 9-month fixed-term role requires strong Excel skills and fluency in English. Hybrid working model is available.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in data analysis, sustainability or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills with Power Query/Power Pivot and large datasets.
• Experience developing or improving reporting tools, databases, and data-driven processes.
• Knowledge of sustainability reporting, carbon accounting, greenhouse gas emissions or related topics; familiarity with GHG Protocol and Scope 3 is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the update and continuous improvement of our Scope 3 reporting tools.
• Drive the transition from annual to more frequent reporting cycles.
• Evaluate, validate and manage large datasets; strengthen governance and documentation.
• Collaborate with divisions to improve data collection and reporting coverage.
• Align with broader sustainability reporting processes and deliver reliable data.
