Job summary

JM is seeking a Sustainability Coordinator to help drive environmentally certified homes with the Swan label and advance sustainability goals across projects in Sweden, Norway, and Finland.

You will advise, follow up, and communicate on environmental labeling, material assessment, and resource use within the Sustainability Department of the Strategy and Development Group.

Qualifications

• Higher education or university degree in a relevant field such as construction, building, technology with an environmental focus.
• Approximately 5 years of experience in sustainability work within construction or project development.
• Experience with Swan, BREEAM, or Miljöbyggnad certifications is highly meritorious.

Responsibilities

• Supporting Swan certification, coordinating development and follow-up of circularity and waste goals, maintaining and developing relevant parts of our operational systems.
• Monitoring new sustainability and environmental requirements.

Are you someone who enjoys ensuring that sustainability work runs smoothly in practice? As a sustainability coordinator at JM, you will play a key role in developing our housing projects and shaping environmentally certified homes with the Swan label. You will support projects in achieving sustainability goals related to environmental labeling, material assessment, and resource use. The role combines advising, follow‑up, and communication, suited for someone who enjoys development and practical implementation. You will be part of the Sustainability Department within the Strategy and Development Group, working closely with project teams in Sweden and driving development across the entire group in Sweden, Norway, and Finland. The role reports to the Sustainability Manager Johanna Wikander.
