Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to promote and sell its Surgical Technologies portfolio across the Greater Stockholm area and Northern Sweden. You will drive growth through strategic territory planning, develop new business with hospitals and healthcare systems, and nurture long-term partnerships with customers.

The role emphasizes field-based work with 60–70% of activities in Greater Stockholm and regular travel to other parts of the territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in medical devices or healthcare.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth of the Surgical Technologies portfolio across Greater Stockholm and Northern Sweden through territory planning.
• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities with hospitals and healthcare systems.
• Manage existing accounts with ongoing commercial support and build long-term partnerships.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and in-service training for healthcare professionals.
• Lead commercial discussions with clinical and procurement stakeholders.
• Prepare quotations, manage order processes, and ensure follow-up throughout the customer journey.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize customer value and identify new opportunities.
• Represent Stryker at industry congresses, professional events, and customer meetings to expand market presence.
