Job summary

DePuy Synthes Trauma, part of Johnson & Johnson, is recruiting an Area Account Manager for Region South in Sweden. You will manage the territory, build relationships with doctors and hospital staff, and drive sales growth while delivering high-quality service.

Fluency in Swedish and English is required; driving license is a must. You will join a collaborative team, receive comprehensive training in Trauma products and systems, and help expand our trauma business in your district.

Qualifications

• Driving license (requirement).
• Post-Secondary education (eftergymnasial utbildning) is a requirement.
• Experience of medical sales, orthopaedics, operating room, hospital/medical background or background in the medical device industry are preferred.
• Preferred to live in the area of your business, Skåne, Halland, Småland, Blekinge.
• Knowledge about orthopaedics is an advantage but not a requirement.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both in writing and the spoken language.
• You have a high level of social skills and are communicative.
• Self going but also team oriented
• You have a positive, curious and brave personality.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute sales strategies to achieve the budget in your territory.
• Make strong relationships with your customers.
• You will train and educate the users in product related matters, attend surgeries and keep an overall professional service level to the customers.
• Continue to develop the existing business and identify new possibilities within your territory.
• You will join a team with highly experienced colleagues and will have high impact in shaping the trauma business in your district with support from the team.
