Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd. is seeking a field-based clinical specialist with strong operating theatre experience to support surgeons and theatre teams across Sweden. This international surgical technology manufacturer offers hands-on training and demonstrations, with a 70% travel expectation between hospitals.

Ideal candidates include operating theatre, anesthesia or ICU nurses or biomedical engineers, fluent in Swedish and English, and holding a full driving licence. A company car is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in operating theatre or surgical environment.
• Fluent Swedish and English, written and spoken.
• Full, valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with surgeons, theatre nurses, anaesthetists and theatre staff.
• Deliver training sessions, workshops and product demonstrations.
• Build relationships with clinical and technical stakeholders.
• Coordinate with service engineers to ensure equipment readiness for procedures.
• Maintain visit notes, schedules and customer activity.
• Share market and customer insights to drive business.
• Work in an operating theatre/surgical environment.
• Familiar with minimally invasive and keyhole techniques.
• Alternatively, experience with surgical or medical equipment.

Ideally looking for an operating theatre, anesthesia or ICU nurse. Biomedical engineers are also encouraged to apply.

The Package

• 500-640K SEK basic salary, depending on experience
