Job summary

Siemens Energy in Finspång is seeking a skilled Production Planner to develop and optimize schedules for medium gas turbine manufacturing, ensuring on-time deliveries. You will coordinate materials and release orders based on capacity and demand, while proactively identifying bottlenecks to keep flow smooth.

You will balance inventory, safety stock, and replenishment parameters, collaborating with Order Management, Procurement and Manufacturing teams to align logistics with business goals.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in production planning, logistics, or supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Fluency in Swedish and English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in SAP ERP (PP/MM modules) and data analysis, particularly in Excel.
• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.

What You Bring
