Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to help attract and hire exceptional talent across our global organisation. You will partner with hiring managers, HRBPs, and business leaders to own end-to-end recruitment, delivering a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience.

You will source proactively, build diverse pipelines, and advise on market trends, using data-driven practices to improve hiring performance while collaborating with colleagues around the world.

Qualifications

  • Proven recruitment experience in manufacturing/engineering/high-volume environments.
  • Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and social platforms.
  • Experience building relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders while managing multiple projects.
  • Excellent organisational skills to handle competing deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Experience using ATS and recruitment metrics to improve hiring performance.
  • Customer-focused mindset with communication skills and focus on candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding support.
  • Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and sourcing channels.
  • Develop understanding of business area, market trends, and talent landscape to provide strategic recruitment advice.
  • Deliver outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience with clear communication and timely feedback.
  • Use recruitment metrics to monitor pipeline health, identify risks, and drive improvements.
  • Advise hiring managers on best practices, interview techniques, and market conditions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and drive best practices across the function.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll play a key role in helping Siemens Energy attract and hire exceptional talent that powers the future of energy. Partnering closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and business leaders, you'll own the end-to-end recruitment process, delivering a seamless experience for both candidates and stakeholders.

You'll work across a variety of roles, using innovative sourcing strategies, market insights, and data-driven recruitment practices to identify the best talent. As part of a global Talent Acquisition team, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues around the world, share best practices, and contribute to continuous improvements that shape the future of recruitment at Siemens Energy.

How You’ll Make An Impact
  • Partner with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through to interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support
  • Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines by proactively engaging active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, networking, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.
  • Develop a strong understanding of your business area, market trends, and talent landscape to provide strategic recruitment advice and market intelligence.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience by providing clear communication, timely feedback, and expert guidance throughout the recruitment process
  • Use recruitment metrics and data to monitor pipeline health, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement across your portfolio.
  • Advise hiring managers on recruitment best practices, interview techniques, inclusive hiring, and market conditions to support informed hiring decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, increase efficiency, and contribute to best practice initiatives across the global Talent Acquisition function.
What You Bring
  • Proven recruitment experience, ideally within manufacturing, engineering, high-volume, or skilled labour environments.
  • Strong sourcing capability with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, social media platforms, networking, and other innovative attraction methods.
  • Experience building strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders while managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload, manage competing deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (such as Avature) and recruitment metrics to manage pipelines and improve hiring performance.
  • A customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • High levels of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • A collaborative approach with a continuous improvement mindset and enthusiasm for learning new technologies and recruitment practices.
