Job summary

ICANIWILL is seeking a structured Supply Chain Assistant to support the Supply Chain Coordinator in moving orders from PO to delivered goods. This hands-on role is ideal for someone early in their supply chain career, focusing on data accuracy, supplier follow-ups, and reporting.

You'll collaborate with suppliers, purchasing, product development, and logistics to learn how a scaling ecommerce brand ships from factory to customer.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, purchasing, or administration.
• Comfortable using Excel; eager to improve.
• Structured and thorough with an eye for details.
• Proactive, self-starting, and reliable.
• Clear communicator, able to follow up to get answers.

Responsibilities

• Keep order data up to date in our systems — confirmations, quantities, dates, and delivery status
• Follow up with suppliers and freight partners on order confirmations, production status, and shipping documents
• Track open orders and flag delays or discrepancies to the Supply Chain Coordinator
• Support the booking and follow-up of inbound shipments, and help gather the documentation freight and customs require
• Prepare and maintain recurring reports on deliveries, lead times, and stock levels
• Help maintain planning data and master data so forecasts and reporting stay reliable
• Support the warehouse and logistics team with inbound planning and resolving delivery issues
• Handle day-to-day administration around purchase orders, invoices, and supplier correspondence
• Document and improve routines as you learn them — if there's a faster way, we want to hear it

The role

We're looking for a structured, detail-oriented Supply Chain Assistant to support our Supply Chain Coordinator in keeping the order flow moving — from purchase order to delivered goods.

This is a hands-on administrative role for someone early in their supply chain career who wants to learn the full flow from the inside. You'll keep our order data accurate, chase suppliers and freight partners for updates, prepare reports the team makes decisions from, and take over more ownership as you grow. You'll work closely with suppliers, purchasing control and product development, and you'll quickly get a practical understanding of how a scaling e-commerce brand actually gets products from factory to customer.

We expect you to be curious, organized, and someone people can rely on to follow through.

Who you are

• 0–2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, purchasing, or administration — a relevant degree or internship counts
• Comfortable in Excel and eager to get better at itStructured and thorough, with an eye for details that don't add up
• Proactive — you ask early rather than hope a problem solves itself
• A clear communicator, comfortable following up with suppliers and colleagues until you get an answer
• Able to keep several parallel tasks organized in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

• Experience with an ERP or order management system
• Exposure to apparel, retail, or consumer goods
• Familiarity with freight, incoterms, or customs documentation
