Job summary

Ruby Group is seeking hospitality professionals to join the Ruby Frida team in Stockholm. You will lead service operations as a shift supervisor, ensuring quality, hygiene, and seamless guest experiences across front desk, bar, and service areas.

We value personality and a positive attitude, with fluency in Swedish and English. Expect an energetic, fast-paced environment with opportunities for training, mentoring, and growth within the Lean Luxury philosophy.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar hospitality or lifestyle hotel role is preferred.
• Flexible and able to work in shifts.
• Reliability, multitasking, and willingness to learn.
• Confident, joyful, with a sense of humour.
• Experience dealing with international, demanding guests and handling diverse needs.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Act as shift supervisor and lead service staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain service, quality, and hygiene standards with attention to detail.
• Lead training, coaching, and onboarding of new team members.
• Facilitate clear internal communication and information flow within the team.
• Respond to guest feedback promptly and resolve issues efficiently.
• Share insider tips for city hotspots to enhance guest experiences.

• actively work in the service, taking the lead as shift supervisor, ensuring everything runs smoothly, whether behind the bar, in service, or at the front office
