Ruby Group in Stockholm is seeking a motivated all-rounder for a guest service role. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring they feel at home while preparing cocktails, snacks, and managing the hotel operations during night shifts.

Responsibilities

• All‑rounder and multitasking talent, first point of contact for guests to make them feel at home from the very first moment to the last drink.
• Prepare cocktails, drinks and snacks with skillful moves, ensuring smooth and seamless service.
• Loving care of the preparation of the breakfast buffet and setting the tables for the next morning.
• Hold down the fort at night and look after the house and guests.
• Handle the end‑of‑day closing with care, ensuring everything runs smoothly and stays on track.
• Share insider tips with guests, pointing them to the best hotspots in the city.

Qualifications

• Ideally some experience in the hotel industry (knowledge of “mise‑en‑place” not required).
• Night owl who enjoys working primarily at night and in shifts while keeping everything under control.
• Reliability, multitasking and willingness to learn among your strengths.
• Empathetic, enthusiastic and loves interacting with guests.
• Great sense of humour, enjoys teamwork.
• Fluently speaking Swedish and English.
