Location: Stockholm

Join Ruby Frida as a Night Host Service & Reception Specialist. The role starts in May to prepare for the hotel opening in June and will involve all aspects of guest service during night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact, welcoming guests and ensuring they feel comfortable from arrival to departure.
• Prepare cocktails, drinks, and snacks efficiently to provide seamless service.
• Manage the breakfast buffet preparation and set tables for the following morning.
• Maintain the hotel and guard guest safety throughout the night.
• Conduct end‑of‑day closing procedures, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately.
• Offer insider tips and guidance on local attractions to guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in the hotel industry preferred; familiarity with hotel standards is a plus.
• Ability to work primarily at night and in shifts with strong reliability and multitasking skills.
• Empathetic communication and a team‑oriented attitude.
• Fluency in Swedish and English; additional languages welcome.
