Job summary

Neko Health AB in Stockholm is seeking a Studio Management Lead to serve as the operational backbone of Brand Creative, ensuring art direction, visual design, narrative, copywriting and production stay on track.

You will build and run systems that provide a clear view of upcoming work, current in-flight projects, milestones, and resourcing so that work lands on time with a high quality bar. The role also includes budget oversight and close collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in studio or creative operations.
• Experience in traffic or program management within a creative/agency environment.
• Minimum 5+ years in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Run a live overview of all work in flight across the studio, with timelines and blockers.
• Stand up an intake and briefing process with timelines adopted by leads.
• Own resourcing end-to-end, match people to work, manage freelance journey.
• Track the operating budget with Finance and keep tools and licences current.
• Set the weekly rhythm and the pillar’s learning agenda, including AI adoption.
