Job summary

Neko Health AB is seeking a Lead Operator to manage the operator team and ensure high-quality scanning operations and member experience. Reporting to the Clinic Lead, you will translate HQ standards into floor-level delivery and act as the primary interface for cross-functional collaboration.

You will lead by example as a hands-on operator with strong people leadership, ensuring daily workflows, safety, and excellent patient care at the clinic.

Qualifications

• Must be a highly proficient clinician with hands-on clinical/technical experience.
• Previous team management experience.
• Proficiency in Swedish and English.
• Able to manage multiple priorities without compromising patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the operator team through structured 1:1s, clear standards, and embedding Neko values.
• Act as the operational escalation point on the floor, triaging issues calmly and decisively.
• Own daily operator workflow, room readiness, and shift scheduling so the clinic runs efficiently at all times.
• Monitor operator KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
• Support operator recruitment and lead on-floor training and competency checks.
• Ensure safety compliance and clinic floor standards, escalating equipment or environmental issues as needed.
• Partner with Operations, People, Training, Facilities, Tech, and Governance on scheduling, performance, and audit readiness.
• Remain hands-on and visible as a scanning operator, role-modeling the standards expected of the team.
