Job summary

Neko Health AB is expanding with new clinics and launches. This role guides cross-functional programs across markets, balancing due diligence, execution and post-launch learning. You’ll work with a PMO lead to accelerate operations, establish standards, and ensure on-time delivery while sharing knowledge to speed future launches.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience running complex multi-country or multi-site programs with many parallel tracks and no single obvious owner.
• Track record of end-to-end launches and measurable outcomes.
• Ability to convert ambiguous findings into structured, dependency-aware plans.
• Strong stakeholder management up to executive level.
• Judgment under incomplete context with ownership of outcomes.
• Experience introducing repeatable ways of working with adoption at the forefront.
• Experience using AI in program management and ability to explain its benefits.

Responsibilities

• Run new-market launches end-to-end, from due diligence to launch day and early post-launch days.
• Turn due diligence findings into integrated execution plans with owners and dependencies.
• Run launch readiness gates and authorize go/no-go based on evidence.
• Set up post-launch monitoring and hand over to BAU with lessons learned captured.
• Design and roll out program standards, templates and routines for team-wide use.
• Identify time-wasters and optimize ownership to speed launches.
• Provide sponsors with status, dependencies and risks in clear summaries.
