Job summary

Siemens Real Estate is seeking a Student Worker to assist with internal communication and content creation. You will collaborate with the real estate team, producing videos, images, and presentations for multiple channels while working 10–20 hours weekly onsite in Solna.

The ideal candidate is studying marketing or related fields, can edit video/image content, and communicates effectively in English and Swedish. Office 365 and AI tools familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Currently studying marketing, communication, or similar fields, possibly with a focus on Real Estate and at least one year remaining of your studies.
• Experience creating content and editing videos and images.
• Strong written communication in English.
• Familiar with Office 365 and AI tools like ChatGPT and Copilot.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.

Job description

Are you studying marketing, and have an interest in content creation and want some hands-on experience? If so, Siemens Real Estate is looking for you! Siemens Real Estate (SRE) is the real estate service provider for Siemens AG, responsible for the company's global real estate operations.

We manage the portfolio, operate the properties including all related services, oversee their utilization, and execute all Siemens-wide construction projects. Currently, we have several exciting projects underway in the Nordics and the Netherlands, and we are looking for a student to assist us with internal communication and content creation.

As a Student Worker, you will:

• Collaborate closely with our real estate team, supporting them with various tasks, primarily in internal communication
• Create and compile content such as videos, images, and presentations for across our different channels. This role offers you the opportunity to be creative and independently produce material, while also working with the team and other departments to support our daily operations
• Work approximately 10-20 hours per week, spending around 1-2 days onsite at our office in Solna, Stockholm

We believe you:

• Are currently studying marketing, communication, or similar fields, possibly with a focus on Real Estate and at least one year remaining of your studies
• Take responsibility for your tasks and drive your area of responsibility independently, while also enjoying collaborating with colleagues to enhance team efforts
• Have prior experience in creating content and are proficient in editing videos and images.
• Are a strong written communicator, especially in English
• Are familiar with Office 365 and AI tools like ChatGPT and Copilot
• Possess strong communication and organizational skills
• Are fluent in both Swedish and English.
