Job description

About the Role

Are you passionate about SEO, UX, data, and digital growth? Do you enjoy turning insights into improvements that create better user experiences and measurable business results?

We're looking for a Site Manager to take ownership of our Swedish student websites, including studentum.se, AllaStudier.se, gymnasium.se, anpassadgymnasieskola.se, and dingrundskola.se. In this role, you'll combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to drive traffic, improve conversions, and continuously develop some of Sweden's leading education platforms.

As Site Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall development and performance of our websites. You'll work closely with Product, Tech, Marketing, Content, and Sales to improve the user experience, strengthen our SEO performance, and deliver digital projects that create real impact.

From analyzing user behaviour and planning site improvements to collaborating on new product features, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our student platforms.

About the Team

You'll join a collaborative team of Marketing Specialists and Account Managers dedicated to creating the best possible experience for both our education partners and prospective students. Together, we ensure our websites provide valuable content, intuitive functionality, and user‑friendly tools that help schools connect with the right audience.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Service Delivery, you'll work closely with Site Managers across our international markets, sharing insights, best practices, and ideas to continuously improve our platforms. You'll also collaborate closely with our Product, Tech, and SEO teams, where our SEO & growth specialists provide the strategic direction while you help bring those initiatives to life through continuous website optimization, content improvements, and user‑focused development.

Responsibilities
  • Own and develop the structure and user experience of our Swedish student websites.
  • Analyze website performance, traffic, and conversion data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Drive SEO initiatives to increase organic visibility and website traffic.
  • Monitor competitors, digital trends, and developments in the Swedish education system to keep our platforms relevant, accurate, and competitive.
  • Define user needs through research, surveys, and customer insights.
  • Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to prioritize new features, report bugs, and implement improvements.
  • Work closely with Content Managers to optimize and develop high‑quality content.
  • Lead cross‑functional projects that improve our websites and user experience.
Requirements

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has experience managing websites, digital products, or SEO‑driven platforms.
  • Has solid knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
  • Has a genuine interest in AI and large language models (LLMs), and enjoys exploring how AI can improve content, SEO, and digital experiences.
  • Enjoys working with data and using insights to improve performance.
  • Is comfortable collaborating across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Has excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Is proactive, curious, and always looking for ways to improve the user experience.
  • Communicates fluently in Swedish and English.
Beneficial, but not required
  • Experience with Ahrefs, Canva, Infogram, Excel and other digital tools.
  • Experience with CRO, A/B testing, and UX optimization.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS or working closely with development teams.
  • Experience within publishing, marketplaces, or digital media.
  • Experience working with educational institutions, government organizations, or education marketing.
