Job summary

Scalstrm is seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer & Project Manager to enhance customer adoption of scalable streaming solutions. This role is based in Stockholm and includes hybrid work, where you will support clients from the UK and across Europe.

Your responsibilities include leading architecture discussions, designing complete solutions, and managing customer onboarding and project delivery. Experience in pre-sales and strong video workflow knowledge is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering or delivery for streaming or cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure or GCP and with on-prem / private cloud deployments.
• Strong understanding of video workflows (HEVC, H.264, SRT, ABR, low-latency).

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture discussions with customers.
• Design end-to-end solutions across transcoding, packaging and delivery.
• Act as technical point of contact between customers and engineering.

Skills

Pre-sales and solutions engineering

Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP

Understanding of video workflows

Customer implementation experience

Ability to balance sales support and project delivery
