Job summary

PostNord Sverige is seeking a System Architect to help transform production IT across the Nordics. You will shape data structures and information flows, influencing how systems interact from operations to strategy.

You will strengthen the Data Streaming platform based on Confluent Cloud, collaborate with business and development teams, and drive improvements in security, scalability and observability through hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with data streaming platforms (Confluent, Kafka).
• Strong knowledge of event-driven architectures at enterprise scale.
• Experience with information models and data governance.
• Understanding of transaction-intensive IT systems.
• Ability to drive initiatives independently.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical skills and integrity.
• Ability to model business needs and non-functional requirements.
• Years of software development and solid software architecture knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen the Data Streaming platform (Confluent Cloud) for long-term relevance.
• Collaborate with business, architects, and development teams.
• Develop and maintain data models and schemas with high data quality.
• Improve platform security, scalability, observability with POCs.
• Create and maintain data platform documentation.
• Ensure smooth transitions and business continuity for platform clients.
