Job summary

Warner Bros. Discovery in Sweden is seeking a Senior Strategy professional to support the Nordics business. You will partner with the Nordic GM, drive local strategy, business modelling, and key projects, framing questions and delivering clear recommendations to influence decisions.

You will report to the Nordic Operations Director and collaborate with Finance, Research & Insights, and broader teams to enable growth and address opportunities and risks.

Qualifications

• Background in management consulting or in-house strategy with senior stakeholder engagement.
• Experience presenting business cases and recommendations to executives.
• Ability to build and interpret financial models and P&L drivers.

Responsibilities

• Scope, plan, and coordinate cross-functional execution of strategic priorities for Nordic markets.
• Provide due diligence, strategic and financial analysis across workstreams.
• Support EMEA initiatives and M&A activity as required.
• Own the storyline for recommendations, structure arguments, and present to senior leaders.
• Prepare briefing materials with market intelligence and business summaries.
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery with Nordic functions and global teams.
• Support leadership meetings with agenda planning and note taking.
